This latest ISO certification along with previous accolades achieved, reconfirms Al Borj’s position as a market leader in Integrated Facility Management within KSA.
ISO 9001:2008

The first Milestone as we got Certification against “Mother of Management System Standards”. Achieving our ISO 9001:2008 certification was such a great achievement! It means our customers have complete assurance that AL Borj Facility Management operates to the highest quality standards and that all regulatory requirements are met for our services while we continually strive to maintain and improve these standards that set us apart.

It also helps us measure client satisfaction and enables us to continually improve our processes.

The unique parts of the new ISO 14001:2015 is that it makes us assess Environmental risks and identify “resource” Conservation opportunities, it makes us continually examine opportunities for Environmental improvement and enables us to put in place the operational controls to effectively manage and measure our performance against GAMEP (General Authority of Meteorology & Environment Protection) requirements.

(Occupational Health & Safety Mgt. System) Certification June 2018
Our Experience shows that since a good approved health and safety policy & procedures are being implemented and championed by management the number of work place accidents reduce considerably and ease in implementing Civil Defense requirements on project site.
ISO 41001:2018
(Facility Management System) Certification August 2019
ISO 41001:2018, the international facilities management system (FMS) standard, was released in April 2018. This is the first FMS standard to be published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and as per our best knowledge and information we (AL Borj Facility Management) are the “First” Organization till 1st August`2019 who get this certificate in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

ISO 45001:2018
New Occupational Health & Safety Management System Upgradation from OHSAS 18001 to ISO 45001 is in process. Tentatively schedule for third party audit in Mid of April 2020
ISO 50001:2011
Energy Management System Establishment and implementation is in process. Tentatively schedule for third party audit in Mid of April 2021
LEED CERTIFICATION
LEED GREEN BUILDING CERTIFICATION (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is an internationally recognized green building certification system, providing third-party verification that a building or community was designed and built using strategies aimed at improving performance across all the metrics that matter most: energy savings, water efficiency, CO2 emissions reduction, improved indoor environmental quality, and stewardship of resources and sensitivity to their impacts. System Establishment and implementation is in process. Tentatively schedule for third party assessment in December 2022
